Tyulkiev Bekseit is a painter, a laureate of the prize of the Central Committee of Komsomol of Kazakhstan, a member of the Union of Artists of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and the Honoured Artist of Kazakhstan.
He was born in the village of Kaskasu in the Lenger district of the Chimkent region. In 1981 he graduated from the Moscow Higher Art and Industrial School (former Stroganov College), then lived and worked in Almaty.
Bekseit Tulkiev’s works are filled with philosophical comprehension of life, feeling of eternity, and aspiration to express his worldview. Very unusual, bright, mysterious paintings by the artist are still likely and desirable in any museum collection. One such work is the canvas Evening.
